Bling Bling, Flowers and Butterflies!

Hey there people! hope you're having a cheery day so far ;) mine's been well..As promised, here are the snapshots of my layout for SIL's second blog hop challenge that is being hosted by Mazlina till midnight tomorrow.

The following elements are a must-have for the layout: embellishments of flowers, blings and butterflies~ my fav embellishments too!

As always, I made my own flower embellishments cause I loooovveeee giving my layouts a personal touch :) they don't say 'handmade with love' for nothing do they ;)

I also thought that using a bit of recycled material will be good. Do my bit for the environment! I used foil from tins to punch out MS's famous Monarch Butterflies. The foil is really pretty cause they're embossed!! Plus they're so versatile, you can bend them into any flight shape you want!

The BirdCages Screen Prints by Hambly
Doily lace (which is easily available at any haberdashery shop)
Blings and Stickers: Momoyo
Pearls: Basics by Kaisercraft

Punches: Martha Stewart Large Monarch Butterfly
Carla Craft CN12 Butterfly

Isn't the Birdcages Screen Print simply beautiful!? I {heart} them ;) The brads are really cute too! wait till you see the rest of the pack..awesome! Haven't had the heart to part with the rest of 'em yet ;) Notice the faint hint of a stamped butterfly? *hehe*
