I'm Now 1

I wanted to try sumthin different with my layouts and thought, how about a lil slot on the layout so I can change the photos..but at the same time still be able use the same layout! cool?

The slot for this layout contains pictures from Aneeka's First Birthday Bash.. I love those hand rolled roses...they are courtesy of a very dear crafty friend!! :)

A lil scrapping tip, the white background for the photos is a piece of paper doily that was improvised as a stamp *lol*, I first painted the paper doily with acrylic paint in white & then pressed it down on the grey cardstock for a background. I love the effect!! I'm surely gonna try it with different paper doilies next *lol* Let me know what you think of it if you give it a go too yeah ;)

It's a very simple layout from me cause I simply seem to have no time :( I'm still juggling between work & spending time with Aneeka..so crafting is taking a teeny weeny break for the moment

Materials Used : Grey Cardstock, Basic Grey Patterned Paper, Orange Lace, Martha Stewart Butterfly & Border Punch, Paper Doily, Making Memories Acrylic Paint in White, Sizzix 3-D flowers, K&Co Bingo Card, Making Memories Thickers.
