This time, hosted by Teacher Jessy, it's a super interesting challenge! I hope I got the elements right..I rushed cause I'm off to spend the week at my grandparents place in Teluk Intan..I love going there..it's a nice quiet, comfy, quaint little township..and I miss them! So today, Aneeka, hubby and I are off to spend some quality time with my maternal grandparents ;)
The challenge posted by Jessy is to Create a layout using the colors in the cupcake photo! cool eh! ;) and it helped that the cupcake looked deliciousss *hehe*
Doily for the photo and a lil something from the kitchen!! those beige lil dots are not beads, they're sago rice from my cooking supply! *lol*
DYMO tag maker for the journalling, embossed the frame using CB's Spots and Dots folder and used distress inks on it..a lil bit of pale yellow lace with felt and a string of pearls on the top..added a tiny pale yellow flower at the tip of the frame and further adorned the LO with yellow flowers and butterflies using the Carla Craft Punch.
And voila ! the final product ;) A picture of my niece and I sharing an endearing moment a couple of hours before my wedding ;)Materials Used:
BB Cardstock
Sago Rice
Doily
Pale Yellow Lace
Carla Craft Punches
Pearl String
Felt
MS Butterfly
Pearls by Kaiser Craft
DYMO Tag maker
Cuttlebug Spots and Dots embossing folder
Polymer Clay Flower
