Lunch Bag Keepsake Book

How many of you happy campers love to collect little keepsake from your vacations? whether it is twigs, leaves, little notes etc, we all like to keep hold of a little something from our trips. One thrifty way to store these are by tranforming the boring lunch bags into mini memoribilia books!

The pockets make it wonderful to store things and just by adding a little bit of patterned papers and tags on the page, the boring kraft colour is immediately transformed into something cute! Here's my project using the Happy Camper line

Pull & Flip Mini Album

Hi there! Spring is here!! Oh at Doodlebug at least *lol* :) And I went to town by creating not 1 or 2 projects, but 4!! That's how awesome this collection is.

What makes it even better is that this collection is so versatile, that you dont need to just limit yourself to making Easter themed projects. For instance, what I have made here is an envelope pull to flip mini album.

A little bit about this project:
1) Each page of the album is actually a tie string envelope. I made this using a Silhouette Cameo file
2) The album contains photos of my second bub when she was just born! :)
3) Pull, the little pink tag at the end to see the album flip page by page on it's own. It's almost mechanical lol!

Believe Mini Album

Hello there dearies! I hope your week has been fantastic so far...mine has been a lil crazy and under the weather..have been juggling real hard (havent slept in 48hrs!) between managing my newborn and elder baby (yes I still call her my baby though she's soon to turn 3!) who's unwell
:(

I hope Missy A gets better soon cause I can't take to seeing her look so sad and weepy..she refuses to take her meds (prob cause it tastes nothing like those chocolates my sister secretly gives her) and that makes it all the more stressful for me..as for bub...well...let's say she keeps me awake..all nite :) which is a good thing..in a way.. cause I can scrap! :) So I really shouldn't be complaining isn't it?

Anyways..here's a mini album I started making last year and stopped halfway during the pregnancy..lucky, I've managed to complete it..yaays!! :) I will be sharing the pages with you lovelies soon enough!

Thank you to those who visited my blog while I was away, and to those who left me love when I made the recent blog post.. and I do hope that my other blogger friends will come visit me soon again..! Anyways..duty calls..so here I leave you with my album made of Melissa Frances goodies and a few others.. and look out for me..I'm headed towards your blog real soon! :)

Pop-up Mini Album

If there's one person who's been a constant encouragement and always there to lift my spirits, it's gotta be Jessy! :) A couple of weeks back, while I hung out her, she was nice enough to part with some of these gorgeous WP PPs!! and I have to do justice to them isn't it! :) Thank you babe for sharing them with me!! :) I loved playing with them!!

This is what I came up with, a pop-up mini album! actually, as strange as it may sound, my hubby was inspired by Lil A's pop-up Thomas & Friends activity book and gave me the idea to make this lil mini that I so so so adore!! Though it was fun, it definitely was no easy feat.. lol!! :) I only made two pages of pop-up while the rest are simple with lots of fussy cutting..

I'm goin to work on fine tuning this mini to make the pop-up more seamless..I might even make another pop-up!! lol! but for the moment..i love this mini to bits!! and truly hope it inspires you dearies!!

Btw, I scrapped pics of lil A with her dear friend, another lil A, at their play date ;)

Mini Album

It's nice when your Wedding Anni & Birthday are just days apart from each other isn't it...? :) You get double the gifts...double the dinners and double the celebration..! *lol* My birthday was yesterday, just a few days after my 2nd Wedding Anniversary..and I was spoilt rotten... again..Hubby dearest (& Aneeka *lol*) got me new mobile phone!!! I'd say it was much deserved cause Aneeka broke my previous one & and I've been using a much older one (with a cracked screen *hehe*) without complaining...I'm soooooo very pleased with my new one!! :) cause it's got a 5 megapixel camera, built-in Wi-Fi and A-GPS!! yay!!

Then, I have this odd habit of saving shopping carts of my fav goodies on my fav bar so that when I'm done feeling guilty, I make my new purchases and just check-out the saved cart..This time, my sis did me a favour and checked out the stamps I've been eyeing at PTI!!!! I was soooo excited (she got it shipped to my cousin who's in the US for her internship) that when I got 'em, I wasted no time in using them right away!

And alo cause it's my birthday month, I got to purchase the Spellbinders Die from Papier at RM20 off!! yay!! Anyways..here's what I made yesterday..A mini album of Aneeka at the age of 3 mths! :) I used only 2 patterned papers and the rest are scraps.

Here's my new phone *lol* & what I made with the stamps!
